We own a sailboat and perform a lot of our own maintenance. Corrosion is a serious issue. We constantly need a corrosion inhibiter for electrical connections and for connections between dissimilar metals such as stainless steel screws or bolts threaded into aluminum. The recommended products for lasting protection are a lanolin-based grease such as Lanocote, or a silicone gel with added teflon. Sheep rule!

I have been using this product for a while for my marine and other uses and trust it...It does what it is supposed to do, what the ads claim it will do.This is the first time I order it from Amazon which made a difference since the delivery was fast!, great!.

Works great on my aluminum boat using stainless bolts

Alexander Meller

Sticky and messy, but the best corrosion barrier I know of. I use it on stainless steel and titanium fasteners going into my aluminum mast, my carbon boom, and my carbon boom.

I love the protection this product provides for dissimilar metals. I use this for product to coat fasteners in underwater photography equipment (clamps, strobe bolts). This products helps to avoid corrosion in sea water.

I would have to see how it works, just applied to t top stainless steel fasteners.

Very thick paste like (use gloved fingers to spread) - Goes on, stays on and is good for years... Stops Rust/Corrosion Completely. Recommend for nuts to prevent hidden corrosion.
