Mounting Instructions
Fit to a flat surface with a maximum tolerance of +/- 1mm. Fastening size at hinge section use M6 (1/4"). Fastening size for lower frame use 5mm CSK screw No.10 UNC 2 BA.

Quality Lewmar hatch.

Fit and finish is beautiful. The friction hinges are as tight as possible and they can’t hold the hatch up. This unit really needs a better hold open. Also, better have enough sealant down when you set the hatch. Afraid hatch will shatter wind shield as it flips all the way open with no stop and no resistance. There is no easy way to add more to the hinged side. I had a slow drip and ended up making a mess trying to fix it.
