This is the original Vex float. I have 4- Vex FLX28. I tend to just take the float off and never use it, but this year I changed it up. By using the float, I have the transducer cord get less damaged from the ice. It also seem to get less tangled with the fishing line when you hook up with a fish. Great replacement!
