TaylorMade is a great product, unfortunately I was shipped the wrong size twice. Don't know how this happens. "reason for return?", wrong size. Then they ship me another one wrong size again. Wasted two weeks with shipping and returns. Purchased from somewhere else.

The advertising was misleading it says it was a 48-in flagpole and I received a 30

Seems like decent enough quality but the listed dimensions are misleading. It's not a 48" flagpole, it's only 30".If 30" is what you want I'd probably rate it 4 or 5 stars.

The item I received is not teak. Doesn't look like it was pictured and needs a few more coats of finish to be weather resistant. It arrived undamaged but extremely warped.

The staff was supposed to be teak. Not sure the product I got was made from this wood. Looked more like oak. The product was not a straight pole. Instead, looks like it had been turned on a lathe incorrectly. Had a crook in the length of staff. The item was not serviceable as a flag staff on the stern of a boat.

The pole is significantly warped. The finish is uneven and rough in sections. The varnish is not the same colour as advertised and is thinly and unevenly applied.

Lighter color than expected. Solid pole. Would be a great item except that it isn’t actually machined for a 1” hole. It is about .030 smaller rendering it useless without modification.Unfortunately I already put screws in it to mount the flag so it is not returnable. I would not spend the money next time

Mine came with wood filler in a large hole near the top and in several cracks. It was also warped.
