Worked for a while then quit...beeping and EO3 error code...factory said to replace whole unit..JUNK..I had recommended to a friend early on, it worked for a while then he experienced same exact problem. Don't waste your money! I have never submited a review for anything except this pile of garbage!

My son bought this unit in 2013. He ran his tiny house plus a small glass kiln off of it for several years. He used it heavily. I then bought it from him for my tiny house & have been happy with it for 5 years. It doesn't like big surges like a microwave or fridge compressor, but I don't have those things. It will run small power tools, lights, my gas stove igniters, a vacuum & charges my phone & other electronics with no problems. I think a lot of the bad reviews are people who either didn't u

Bought this unit to use at our remote woods camp. Plan to hook up a TV and a single electric light. Will recharge the batteries with a generator and may eventually set it up to recharge with solar. And if we sell the remote camp, we’ll take the unit with us to our home to use in the event of power outages. Came perfectly packaged and arrived in one day after ordering! Unbelievable service!! Unbelievable product!!

Wish I never purchased it. Keep getting various error messages but no way of knowing what they mean. There is no mention of error messages in the manual that came with it. Have not been able to find them on the internet either.

DO NOT BUY! Works ok until you need it. when it stops there is no repair, only an offer to sell you a new one at 30% off plus shipping and handling.

Do not get this unit if reliability is what you want. I got the same problem as most who buy this unit has. Tried to put a small microwave oven to it, rated at 1000 watts and it popped and gave me a EO3 code. Which means too much load. Sending it back to solutions from science, for warranty work. Not counting on this thing in time of crisis. Beware, it is not a true since wave inverter either, which you definitely want. You have been warned and it can't be repaired. Only replaced so back off t

So the product has a great look and is simple to set up and get going. I actually bought mine from Solutions from Science package, and of course they DO NOT stand behind these. They said they new they would only last a couple of years and then I would have to buy a new one. After talking this over with Xantrex, they pretty much said the same thing, that they were a piece of junk. They did offer to sell me a new one at a 30% discount, which came out to be $674. I said no thanks! Folks, don

I bought my unit from Solutions from Science as part of a complete solar back-up package. The complete package cost me around $4000.00 I've owned it for less than four years, and it's proven to be completely unreliable. The first problem I had occurred after only a few months of use. It quit working altogether, and I had to go through the trouble of repackaging it to return it. It was under warranty, and didn't cost me anything, but there was still the inconvenience factor.Last summer, I sta
